"Communication of the 22/03/25 (or 21/03/25)".

Hello; with an official form I am "Ismael Lopez Pozo", and with an official form I am an european citizen.

During a present supposed time I sent some communications to this present supposed official institution that currently being as the "BCE" (or the "European Central Bank").

With an unusual social illegal form my bank assets (that in part were in value as more with respect to "30.000 €") were stolen, and with others I have lived as a victim with respect to an enormous illegal slavery during a time that being as bigger with respect to 10 years (and this as a homeless slave).

With others I could not have  any part of the european legal banks accounts during these years in the present supposed european spaces  where I have been as kidnapped with an illegal form during the mentioned years  because I could not go out with respect to Europe during these years because of some illegal agressions of some european authorities.

I still don't understand some behaviors that were in some parts of these present supposed social european spaces because I've looking for the present supposed european  practice of some present supposed social  rules of it during a long time and with it I only found some parts of the present supposed european insecurity while my legal right of social european integration being as denied for me during these years with an illegal form.

Also I still do not understand any of the present supposed reasons of this institution, "BCE", for allow the reported millionaire illegal european economic corruption (or to avoid the proper legal fight that have to be as against with respect to the mentioned insane corruption since a part of the "BCE"), and the present supposed ilegal form is also as very illegal while this mentioned  form was used by  some european authorities as prevaricating with respect to the  mentioned created illegal situation  and  a part of these  authorities (that  prevaricating during times) being as some official european courts.

I am a capitalist and as a citizen I am concerned with respect to these fraudulent schemes that are some criminal offenses that with an illegal form are as granted with impunity, and I am also concerned with respect to some possible lies that about me with respect to some present supposed money that never was as given to me because some possible economic lies working in this way as saying with a deceptive form that the mentioned money was given to me (and currently I never could use it because currently I never received It).

I want to try to express to this institution the enormous illegal material poverty that has affected to me during these years while with others some criminals used some of my important assets with an illegal manner that being as contrary with respect to any part of my wishes, and I believe that currently there is not a possible way to compensate the lasting damage that they have already caused to me due to the magnitude of the ilegal mentioned events.

With others the present supposed basic part of the current legal system was violated with respect to my banking rights, and this gave to some criminals a  way for doing to me others of the big aggressions that happened because with others the present supposed right of the present supposed life was denied to me during a time that being as a  part of "october (of 2.024)" that a present supposed month that  happened while with others a mortal wound was made in a part of my heart and with others I slept in some spacial european parts of  some european streets during a larger part of the nights of these years due to the illegal poverty.

Some european parts of banks continue as violating some contracts with impunity while this banking parts agreed  the mentioned contracts, and with others  I proposed during times a political measure with respect to try to do a new banking company in the european spaces while this banking company would have to be of the present supposed oriental origin (which with others could be as asian) and this with others for combat the  illegal European totalitarianism which in part of it being as the mentioned  illegal banking dictatorship.

With others a lot of young european people (and others) suffered some  illegalities and we were as  forced to protest because of it and with others we   had some important social problems because of it, and I try to attach to this communication a group of communications that I sent during times to some  european institutions and  I refer the need of  create a coherent faithful healthy social system that respecting the agreements that it has with the present supposed social numerical majorities and regarding to my particular case I appeal to the possible responsibility of this institution and the possible justice of it because  with others the basics of some social agreements have been violated with some forms and the present supposed damage is irreparable and the present supposed illegal behavior continuing as  violating the code that in part as the present supposed social integration  (that with respect to me) while the mentioned behavior  is very  dangerous and the illegal depravity has been very big during these years and these expressions are as tropable and salutations.
